Project Brief

The project involved creating an interactive electronic publication featuring subtle animations, embedded videos, and mini photo galleries. The brief also required that each article include an advertisement for a product related to its content, with live links directing readers to the actual products, combining design, interactivity, and user engagement in a cohesive digital format.

Reflection

I learned a range of new skills during this project, including how to create image galleries, embed links to web pages, design subtle micro-animations, and build a working contents page. I selected three coffee-related articles and assigned each one its own colour to clearly differentiate between them. I designed corresponding advertisements for each article and linked them to relevant web pages to direct readers to the featured products. The advertisements shared similar colour schemes with their respective articles to maintain a cohesive and unified overall design.
