Project Brief

The project involved creating a small booklet focused on three well-known typographers, researching their impact on type design and exploring one typeface created by each designer.

Reflection

I chose to focus my research on Herb Lubalin, Adrian Frutiger, and Zuzana Licko. For the design, I worked across full spreads and assigned each typographer a distinct monochromatic color scheme, creating a clear visual separation between them. While each spread features a slightly different layout to reflect their individual styles, they are unified by a sharing the incorporation of circles for each.
